Composition Overview

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus)

contains beta-glucans, hericenones, and erinacines. These compounds have been studied for their interaction with nerve growth factor (NGF) signaling pathways and modulation of intracellular signaling cascades associated with neuronal structural proteins and synaptic plasticity at the cellular level.

Cordyceps sinensis

has cordycepin (3'-deoxyadenosine) and related nucleoside analogs. These constituents have been examined for their influence on AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling, mitochondrial biogenesis pathways, and modulation of inflammatory mediator expression at the transcriptional level.

Shiitake (Lentinula edodes)

Maitake (Grifola frondosa)
