If Shipping Insurance is purchased, we can assist with a refund or reshipment in the event of a lost or damaged package. If Shipping Insurance is not purchased, we cannot provide refunds or reshipments for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

Shipping Times

  • Packages typically reach the courier within 5 – 12 business days.
  • The following delivery time estimates are counted in business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.
  • A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you after your package has been scanned in by the courier, this can sometimes take an additional business day.

In the rare instance that you suspect your package may be lost or experiencing an unexpected delay, we advise reaching out to the respective carrier’s customer service. USPS, UPS, and Globalpost have dedicated support teams who can assist you with any concerns regarding the delivery of your package. By directly contacting them, you can receive the most accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring a swift resolution to any potential issues.

Refund and Return Policy

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following return and refund policy details.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of Purerawz.co. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll happily exchange or provide a refund.

In case the refund is required, we will start the refund process for the products you returned after examining the whole situation.

Here are our refund policy rules

1. Please note that we do not accept returns. If shipping insurance was purchased,
we require proof of the damaged product, and after proper verification, we will process the refund.

2. We will initiate the refund process for your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items.

3. We would like to inform you that we take chargebacks very seriously.
It’s our request to customers to kindly
contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback.
In case of a chargeback without prior communication, we may have to take necessary actions to protect our business.

In such cases, the customer may be restricted from purchasing on Purerawz.co and potentially from other online vendors.
We may also share relevant order information with other vendors to help protect all businesses from fraudulent activity.

We hold a firm zero-tolerance stance towards scammers and testers.

NOTE:
The refund will only be initiated IF the evidence or reason provided by the customer is justifiable according to Purerawz T&C’s

4. Purerawz does not accept any returns, in the unlikely event of a customer being unsatisfied with a product.
We will provide a full refund if the customer can provide a plausible reason for them no longer wanting to use the product.

5. Customers may choose to return the item if they wish; however, this is optional, and in most cases, damaged products are not returned.
There is a specific timeframe for returns (7 days), but if a customer sends an item back, the courier typically takes around 10–15 days to deliver it to us.

6. If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact us at
support@staging.purerawz.co,
and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

7. Please be aware that once an order has been collected by the courier, we cannot guarantee interception.
If you still choose to return the item, a 15% restocking fee will be applicable, and the responsibility for return shipping costs will lie with the buyer.

While we take every precaution to ensure secure packaging and safe delivery, if items are damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately. We will collaborate with you to address the issue.

Missing Items:

  1. If you discover a product missing from your order, please contact us and provide the necessary details.
  2. Upon verifying the legitimacy of your claim, we will promptly dispatch the missing item to you.

Documentation and Fraud Prevention:

To maintain transparency and counter fraudulent claims, we meticulously document, weigh, and photograph all orders before shipping.

Returns are NOT valid in any of the following cases

  • Improper usage of research products ordered.
  • Mishandled and damaged product due to improper storage.
